Three days, one small bag, and no fixed plans. We took the early train in and let the city set the pace: coffee first, then whichever street looked most interesting from the corner we happened to be standing on.<\/p>\n

The photo above is from the lookout on the second morning, the whole city laid out under a haze that burned off by noon. Everyone with a camera was up there, and nobody was talking.<\/p>\n
